Artisha received a 2010 Good for Kids Coaching Scholarship for Art.
Artisha spent 3 hours a week for 12 weeks in the Fall of 2010 developing and refining her skills with one of the San Francisco Bay Area's leading art instructors, Robert Minervini, MFA, San Francisco Art Institute.
One of Artisha’s favorite things to do when she is not in school is drawing because it allows her to express herself. Some of her other favorite activities include dance, basketball, and gymnastics.
From the Coaching Program Artisha learned that “art takes time” and to “never say you can’t do it because you really can.”
